Life coaching fosters a change in negative or self-sabotaging behavior patterns which no longer serve you and keep you continually stuck. These changes create both subtle and dramatic shifts on both the conscious and subconscious levels. These heart-centered shifts promote self-love and acceptance which are the foundations for positive, lasting change and growth.
Rooted in the ancient principles of Reiki and guided by a clear connection to Source, this level of work gently balances one’s energy, reduces stress and promotes a deep feeling of relaxation. This triggers the body’s natural abilities to improve and maintain health, and in turn raises the vibrational frequency of the body and mind. This powerful yet subtle energy work is truly a system of creating and promoting wholeness and balance between mind, body, emotion and spirit.
Yoga is an ancient art in which breath and movement are synchronized, creating focused balance on the mat which in turn positively impacts everyday life. It is a tool to open the mind and body~to transform you by removing physical and mental barriers which block one’s potential and limits the fullest expression of oneself. It is based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead to a noticeable decrease in stress and anxiety and at the same time increasing inner wisdom, peace and well-being.
Sarah, thank you so much again for an amazing weekend! You were right, I was most definitely activated.I just had a really good and honest conversation about my dad pretty much recapping everything we worked on over the last two days. I think I’m starting to mend some of the wounding I’ve experienced with him over these past 8 or so months. He would have loved the retreat.
He reminds me a lot of Michael actually. We talked about living with love, helping people, and being aware of the synchronicity that we experience in our daily lives. I know he loves me and my heart feels so much more love for him, you, myself, and my life.
We both agreed that everything happens for a reason and at the end of the day all we are left with is our choices.

I want to commend to you the work of Sarah Maslia Galambos with the Fall Health Fest that was held on October 14 at the North Springs Church Pumpkin Patch.
It was a great event, and drew at least 350? persons (maybe more)! As the host site, I was amazed at the well organized, planned and executed festival. Folks were obviously having a good time.
This council is such an addition to our community ethos of Sandy Springs as a healthy and wholesome place to live. And Sarah is an innovative leader of the group. Thank you for your support that enables this good work in the community.
